FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
*What is GRACE Corporation? A 501C3 non profit corporation with the purpose of leasing motor vehicles to Evangelical Christian Missionaries while they are temporarily back in the USA and planning to return to a foreign assignment.
*Are there restrictions on mileage or travel destinations? Mileage is unlimited but travel is limited to the US and Canada.
*Are the vehicles licensed? Yes, each vehicle is licensed in North Dakota.
*Insurance? Each user must obtain their own liability insurance with minimum $100K/$300K/$100K limits.
*Who pays for the damages to a GRACE vehicle when not the fault of another vehicle/driver? GRACE Corporation will absorb that loss.
*Where do I pick up and return the Vehicles? Max, North Dakota.
*What is the cost to lease a vehicle? A $100 ‘start up’ fee is due at the time a vehicle is reserved plus $3.00 per day during the lease. We do not accept electronic payments and do not issue receipts.
RULES:
If you are unable or unwilling to comply with each and every one of these rules please do not submit an application.
1. The vehicle will be picked up and delivered back to Max, North Dakota
2. Insure that all drivers are at least 23 years old and have a valid USA driver’s license.
3. Be a member of an ‘auto club’ to cover unexpected emergency services and expenses.
4. Pay for gas, routine and minor maintenance such as oil changes, flat tire repair, faulty light bulbs, wiper
blades, etc. Pre approval is required for reimbursement of any repair cost. Record all service and maintenance activity in the vehicle log book.
5. Check engine oil level at least EVERY 1,000 MILES and Change engine oil and
filter EVERY 3,000 MILES
6. Immediately report to Grace Corp. any accident.
7. Immediately report to Grace Corp. any mechanical situation that you feel is unsafe, needs attention, or
makes you feel uncomfortable. Pre approval is required for reimbursement of any repair cost.
8. Submit lease payment ($3.00 per day) and completed ‘comment card’ at the end of each month.
9. Driver use of mobile telephones are PROHIBITED any time the vehicle is in motion.
10. The vehicle must be returned clean and full of gas.

*While leasing a vehicle from GRACE Corporation. how can I help maintain a future low lease rate for other missionaries? Occasionally mechanical failures occur requiring the purchase of parts and/or services. Some missionaries chose to pay for such items which is greatly appreciated but not necessary.
